Southside Regional Jail congratulates Brooke Morefield on being selected as the Virginia Association of Regional Jails Civilian of the Year. Colonel Mark Shiflett is pictured presenting Brooke with the award. Brooke has been an Emergency Medical Technician for the jail since October 2012 and has continuously provided excellent medical services within the Jail Facility. Well done Brooke!
